| Names to be printed on badges: (Indicate "BLANK" if you do not know the
names). Additional badges are $12 with a maximum of two per space. Vendors sharing more than one space and needing additional badges should register individually.

- Spaces are assigned in the order received, priority placement given to exhibitors that promote the show with
banners and fliers to customers.
If spaces are still available within 15 days of event, registrations will not be accepted without the $20 late
fee. By pressing "PayPal" or "Print" you state you have read and agree to abide by all rules as stated in the vendor
guidelines.
