Booth Assignments
The location of your booth is based upon the following:
Receipt of Registration- The earlier you register, the more likely you will end up in the spot of your choosing. Early registration gives us more time for actually promoting the show.
Previous Placement along with early registration. Being there before doesn't guarantee you will be there again.
Promotion of the Show - There are several ways you can help promote the show that could cost very little or nothing at all;
Notify your customer base.
Place show banners on your website.
If you see a web calendar the show isn't listed on, add it.
Post on forums you participate in.
Add a little blurb in your print advertising such as Reptiles Magazine.
Participation in the Show -Sponsor an aspect of the show, provide some pens or a coupon for the VIP tote bags, speak on a topic of your expertise, design a really cool and innovative booth display. Make some possitive noise.
Badges
You will be provided two badges with your booth regardless of the number of booths you are ordering. Each addtional badge is $12 with a maximum of two badges per booth space allowed. Vendors sharing more than one booth space should register individually to increase number of badges allowed. Badges purchased at the show or during setup will not be given consideration, such as lunches, shown to those who are preregistered.
Electrical Outlets
You may plug into an electrical outlet for a fee of $35. This fee is charged for each vendor using electricity rather than for the outlet. The actual kilowatt charge is paid by Gila Productions.
