IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ

• VIP Ticket holders are admitted to shows one hour before general admission on the first show day only.
• Various items like product samples, vendor coupons, t-shirts or exclusive offers are available at most shows.
• Any give-aways are received from the vendors/manufacturers in advance of the week before the show. If you order tickets in that final week, you will still be admitted early but may not receive give-aways.
• If you are ordering within eight days of the show, we may hold your tickets at the box office because of possible mail delays.
• If you order tickets after the first day of the show, you will receive any give aways we have left and not have to wait in the ticket line but there is no early entry on the second day of the show.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• We begin mailing tickets 10-14 days prior to the show.
• All 9AM entries require a prepaid VIP Ticket.
